Breeding Spanish PRE Horses, Spanish Spotted Saddle Horses and PRE x Comtois
We are a small stud dedicated to breeding Spanish PRE horses, Spanish Spotted Saddle Horses and PRE x Comtois. We believe in keeping our horses as naturally as possible, with our stallion living with his mares and foals 24/7. We take pride in our responsible breeding practices and the care we provide to our horses.
Weaning is a natural process, with no stress to mare or her foal. We generally wean from 8 months onwards.
Our Story
A Passion for Breeding Horses
Here at Aztec Stud, our passion for breeding horses began with a love for the Spanish PRE breed. We have since expanded to include Spanish Spotted Saddle Horses and PRE x Comtois in our breeding program. Our focus has always been on responsible and natural breeding practices, and we take pride in the care we provide to our horses from birth to adulthood. Our goal is to produce healthy, happy horses, with emphasis on temperament, that will bring joy to their new owners.
We do like to keep in touch with our offspring and have made many lifelong friends along the way.
